This also extends to the ingredients in many of the ’standard’ cosmetic products found in the shops these days. The Cork Movement Centre,is a yoga and holistic therapy space with classes such as Pre-Natal yoga, Mum & Baby yoga and child yoga classes. More information on these and other yoga classes in cork classes is available at the cork movement centre website. The space is on South Main Street, directly opposite the Beamish and Crawford brewery, upstairs from the "Step Aside" hairdressers. The door is clearly marked.
