Packing
Where the content of your order needs to be sent in stiffer packing material, for environmental reasons we try to re-use existing cardboard boxes. If this is an issue for you, please mention this in the comments of your order and we will try to accommodate your request.
Shipping costs (from March 1st 2010)
We calculate shipping costs based on the actual weight of your order. But don't worry - your exact shipping cost will be provided in your shopping cart as you shop. So you will know what you will be charged even before you place your order.

Shipping costs to Irish addresses:
During the checkout process you will be able to select one of the following shipping methods
Standard post (up to 10 working days)
- < 500g : €4.75
- < 1kg : €7.75
- < 10kg : €8.95
- > 10kg : €20.00
Priority post (3-4 working days)
- < 500g : €6.20
- < 2kg : €11.55
- >2kg : €16.00

Shipping to the Netherlands:
Orders that need to be shipped to the Netherlands should be placed via our Dutch website; www.thebabyorchard.nl. Belgian customers can also shop in this Dutch site.

Shipping Time
In most circumstances orders are shipped using the method indicated within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time after we have shipped the package will depend on the type of method you choose (as listed above).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once packages have been shipped, The postal service or the courier is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages - if you would like your order insured, please request this when you check out.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock, customers will be contacted as soon as is possible.
Our Return Policy
Unused, unwashed products can be exchanged or returned for a refund for up to 28 days after purchase (from date of purchase). We will refund the price, less the cost of;
* the postage incurred
* any free items included in the original order (unless also returned)
* any discounts applied to the order because of the returned item
We do not offer refunds or credits for items which have been washed, worn or used unless they are faulty.
Customers are always responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging an item, regardless of the circumstances. Before you send the package back, please contact us for a Return Order Code which then needs to be included in your returned package.
